Welcome

We provide the means by which the Gospel and information is shared with the Shiloh family and friends.

The Communication Ministry is comprised of 12 teams: Audio, Audio Media, Marketing, Print and Digital Publications, Public Relations, Social Media, Technology, Village Copy Shop, Visual Media and Web Content Management.

Below is a brief description of the services that these teams provide for Shiloh, its groups, and individual members.

Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for me. Knowing [with all certainty] that it is for the Lord [and not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [real] reward. AUDIO

The Audio team provides amplification for all worship services and funerals. They also record and edit the services for the Audio Media Team.

AUDIO MEDIA

The Audio Media team creates and sells tapes of the worship services and special events. They continue to oversee production for the Shiloh Hour.

MARKETING

The Marketing team develops Shiloh’s brand. They also establish guidelines for Shiloh’s printed and digital material in accordance with our core values.

PRINT AND DIGITAL PUBLICATIONS

The Publications team provides superb graphic design services at no cost for Shiloh organizations and committees. Their flyers/posters and cover designs are creative and stunning. Part of their portfolio is featured in the library, computer lab, and welcome brochure.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

The Public Relations team is experienced in media relations and serves as Shiloh’s liaison to the media requesting interviews and for official statements from the pastor. This position is appointed by the pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church.

SOCIAL MEDIA

With the explosion of social media sites, the Communication Ministry needed to expand Shiloh’s presence on the internet. You can now like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, watch us on YouTube, visit us on Instagram, and carry us with you on our Mobile App.

TECHNOLOGY

The Technology team provides FREE technical support to Shiloh’s members, friends, and visitors. They.manage the computer lab, teach computer classes, lead technical workshops, and sponsor the monthly Wi-Fi Walk-in Technology Clinic, Shiloh’s public and intranet sites. They also stream worship services and special events.

VILLAGE COPY SHOP

The Village Copy Shop team provides high-quality duplication services for Shiloh members at costs less than those of commercial establishments. The primary functions in the Copy Shop are printing flyers, program booklets, postcards, and tickets for programs. They also work with vendors to develop posters and banners.

VISUAL MEDIA

The Visual Media team’s first assignment was to provide a visual presentation to accompany Shiloh’s annual Messiah concert. Since that time, the team creates and projects material for church meetings, funerals, and special events. They also provide visual displays during the worship service. They have become an integral part of our worship services.

WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT

The Web Content Management Team is the key point of contact for Shiloh’s Ministries and Groups to evangelize their presence on Shiloh’s website. They also ensure all material adheres to Shiloh’s core values.
